Refund Eligibility and Terms
Before Initial Design Delivery
- If a refund request is made before the initial design concepts are delivered, it will be approved after deducting a 1% processing and service fee.
Within 48 Hours of Initial Design Delivery
- Refund requests made within 48 hours of receiving the initial design concepts will be eligible for a 70% refund, subject to a 15% processing and service fee.
Between 48-120 Hours of Initial Design Delivery
- Refund requests made between 48 to 120 hours after the initial design delivery will be eligible for a 35% refund, subject to a 15% processing and service fee.
After 120 Hours of Initial Design Delivery
- Refund requests made after 120 hours will not be entertained. However, we encourage clients to reach out to us for any concerns, as we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction.
No Activity for 30 Days
- If there has been no client action for 30 days after placing the order, a refund will not be processed. However, if the client wishes to reactivate the project, an additional fee may apply.
After Final File Delivery
- Once the final files have been delivered, no refund requests will be accepted.
Video Animation Packages
- Refunds for video animation services will not be entertained once the storyboard has been delivered and approved.
Service Packages
- Refund requests will become void once the initial animation has been delivered.
Custom Packages
- For customized service packages, refund eligibility will be determined based on the terms specified in the individual package agreement.
Video Animation Refund Policy
- This refund policy applies only to logo animation and web design services.
Feedback Policy
- Musab Sultan Alliance offers unlimited revisions until the client is fully satisfied. Refunds will not be provided if the design concept aligns with the client’s brief, but revisions will be made based on feedback.
Unethical Refund Requests
- Clients who place multiple orders with the intent of claiming refunds will be disqualified from refund eligibility.
Timely and Constructive Feedback
- As design projects require clear communication, the refund policy will not apply if the client fails to provide timely and constructive feedback.

Upon receiving the request, Musab Sultan Alliance will attempt to resolve the issue per our revision policy. Clients will receive a Refund Request Form, and once the refund is processed, all design rights will be forfeited. Clients will not have the right to:
- Use any feedback, content, or information provided.
- Claim ownership of any design created by Musab Sultan Alliance.
We also reserve the right to file copyright acquisition data to prevent future reproduction of refunded designs.

- Clients can opt for Speedy Delivery within 48 hours for an additional Rs 40000/- .
